Victoria Luppino

SALON OWNER & PRINCIPAL STYLIST

Victoria is the owner and director of Salon Grace, as well as a Principal Stylist with 16 years in the hair industry. Her passion for hair started early — she was the kid who loved tagging along to her mum’s salon appointments, helping with cleaning and making coffees.

  • That childhood fascination turned into a career, and she’s now completed her Certificate IV in Hairdressing, qualifying her to train and assess future hair professionals.

For Victoria, the best part of salon life is the team. She thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment and loves working alongside a group of talented stylists in a beautiful suburb with amazing clients. Education is at the core of her approach — she’s always looking for new and improved techniques to keep things fresh, ensuring her team stays ahead with regular training and industry updates.

Her specialties? Blonde transformations and hair extensions — two services that can completely change a client’s look and confidence. And while she’s all about creating amazing hair, she’s convinced that the salon’s signature head massages are what keep clients coming back!

Her go-to productDavroe Fortitude Elixir — a powerhouse treatment she swears is even better than K18. Her biggest hair ickChlorine and hard minerals damaging hair.

Surprisingly, she doesn’t drink coffee — her go-to is a peppermint teainstead. After a big day in the salon, she unwinds by cooking, finding it the perfect way to relax.

And if she had it her way? Pixie and bixie cuts would make a major comeback—they’re fun, stylish, and seriously underrated!

Lucy McPherson

SALON COORDINATOR

With 20 years in the hair industry specialising in colour and education, Lucy brings deep industry knowledge and a love for the craft to her role as Salon Coordinator.

  • A professionally trained actor and current Masters of Art Therapy student, she blends creativity, care, and calm efficiency to keep the salon running smoothly.

Though no longer on the floor, her passion for the industry is stronger than ever. Outside work, she’s a proud mum to energetic eight-year-old twins and a very spoiled spoodle named Murphy. She’s also a keen gardener, home cook, book lover, and pianist.

Her go-to product? Davroe Shine Oil — the key to her sleek, polished bun.

Her biggest salon pet peeves? Lateness and unrealistic expectations (trust your stylist — they know what’s possible!).

Francesca Carbone

PRINCIPAL STYLIST

With 13 years in the hair industry, Francesca’s passion for hairdressing was inspired by her father, leading her to complete a four-year apprenticeship and work her way up to Principal Stylist.

  • She’s been dedicated to the profession ever since, continuously honing her skills and building strong connections with clients.

For Francesca, the best part of working at Salon Grace is the amazing team and the incredible clients she gets to meet every day. Her specialty? Blonde transformations — there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a client’s reaction after a flawless foiling session. No surprise, her most requested service is foiling and lightening, which also happens to be her favourite!

Her go-to productDavroe Argan Oil — a must-have for every hair type, and a staple in her routine at home. But if there’s one thing she can’t stand, it’s box dye — a true nightmare when it comes to colour correction!

Unlike most, Francesca skips the coffee and is proudly a hot chocolate girlie instead. After a long day in the salon, she enjoys pure silence on the car ride home — nothing more relaxing.

And if she could bring back one hair trend? Crimped hair — where did it go? We need to bring it back!
