  • You can book appointments through our online booking system called Fresha, which is found on our website and linked to our Instagram bio. Alternatively, you can also give the salon a call and speak to our lovely team to book an appointment over the phone. For over the phone bookings, you will receive a text as the booking is placed, which requires you to follow the link and confirm. 

  • As we are a small, boutique - but very busy salon, we do kindly require a Confirmation Deposit to finalise any bookings made. The Confirmation Deposit secures your appointment and will be forfeited if cancellation is made between 24 hours of your appointment. 
    Please note, deposits are non-refundable however are transferable to your next appointment if rescheduled within 48 hours. We also send out 'Confirmation Reminder' notifications from Fresha and from the salon, 48 hours prior to your appointment and we do encourage you to take note of your appointment day/time prior to receiving this alert. 
    Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a cancellation fee, however we are conscious and understanding of any specific situations or family emergencies. 

    We value our stylists and clients time and appreciate your understanding when following our salon policies. 

  • While we welcome walk-ins when availability allows, we highly recommend booking in advance to ensure you get the time and service you need.

Appointments and Bookings

  • We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major credit cards. For added convenience, we also offer Buy Now, Pay Later options through Afterpay allowing you to enjoy your services now and pay over time.

  • Pricing varies depending on the service and stylist level. For an accurate quote, please contact the salon and speak with our team so we can get a better understanding of your appointment needs. 
    All new clients are required to book in a consultation free of charge to meet your stylist and discuss your desired outcome for yourself and your hair, in doing so we will provide you with a rough quote for your future service.

Pricing and Payments

  • We use hair from a high quality Australian extension stockist, our salon owner is fully trained and certified in both the Yovanka Loria (YL) extension method and the Invisible Bead Extension (IBE) method and tailors each method specifically to every client.

  • We stock Davroe for all products used at the basin in your service as well as their retail products for clients to take care of their hair from home. We are  stocked with Goldwell for all colour and lighting services.These trusted brands are designed to help maintain healthy, beautiful hair between visits.     Your stylist will recommend and provide a regime with the best products for your specific hair type and needs. 

  • Yes! We take pride in offering FREE in depth consultations in our salon space and recommend all new clients, all new extension clients and those wanting a big transformation or colour correction to book in a consult with us before an appointment. We want to get to know you, your hair and history, understand your vision and desired hair goals. We do this so we can create an action plan tailored to you and help you achieve your dream hair!  Come in, have a coffee on us and let’s chat! We look forward to having you.

Services and Products

  • We love rewarding our clients! We are currently making changes to our Loyalty Program, regardless, we will always go out of our way to pamper you and reward you when you are visiting us. 

  • Yes, we offer styling services for weddings, formals, and other special occasions and offer specific booking options for this on Fresha. Reach out to us to discuss your event, and we’ll create a customised plan to ensure you look and feel incredible. 

    We value our stylists and clients time and appreciate your understanding when following our salon policies. 

  • Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re running late by sending a text message or calling the salon phone.  We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but if it impacts the next client’s appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service.

  • For regular maintenance, we recommend:

    • Every 5-7  weeks for cuts and colour touch-ups.

    • Every 6 - 8 weeks for hair extensions maintenance. It is required for your move up to not exceed 8 weeks. 

    • Ask your stylist for a personalised recommendation based on your hair type and goals.
